Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare neoplasm with poor prognosis. Patients can present signs of hormone excess: virilisation, Cusging’s syndrome or only enlarged abdominal mass. It is particularly important during pregnancy, as it influences not only mothers but their fetuses as well.
